After School and Camps (Spring, Summer, Fall, Holiday) serving school-age students, as well as students with disabilities ages 8–17 and Juvenile Re-Entry. Academic tutoring, mentoring & leadership development, life skills & personal development, health & wellness, community service & prevention initiatives, juvenile delinquency prevention, and exploratory trips — with meals, snacks, and a free T-shirt included for every student.

4-E Learning & Prevention Center accepts the Georgia Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program. CAPS helps eligible parents pay for quality childcare and after-school services while they work, attend school, or train for a job.
